1. Product Description
This gold CIL turnkey processing line is a full‑set packaged solution with standardized complete equipment list delivered to customers. It covers every single piece of machinery required for gold cyanidation carbon‑in‑leach production, avoiding missing components and mismatched auxiliary equipment. Available capacity ranges from 50TPD to 12000TPD, applicable for hard‑rock gold ore, oxide gold ore, low‑sulfide gold ore and gold‑bearing tailings recovery projects.The detailed equipment list includes crushing unit, grinding unit, thickener, series leaching tanks, carbon interception screens, desorption‑electrolysis system, carbon regeneration furnace, automatic chemical dosing system, tailings detoxification equipment, wastewater recycling system, PLC control cabinet and all pipes, valves, motors, spare‑part kits. Each item with model, quantity, specification and technical parameters is supplied together with the goods.Mainly exported to Ecuador, South America, Africa and Central Asia. Customers can clearly check all delivered machines in advance, convenient for budget evaluation, site infrastructure planning and acceptance inspection after goods arrival.
2. Working Principle
It adopts mature CIL leaching‑adsorption metallurgical process, meanwhile follows standardized turnkey project execution with full equipment list management:
List Confirmation: Confirm full equipment bill of materials according to ore property, processing capacity and site conditions before production, every main unit and auxiliary accessory is listed clearly.
Manufacturing & Inspection: All equipment is manufactured, tested and grouped strictly against the confirmed list; goods are marked corresponding to list items before container loading.
On‑site Installation: Following the equipment list, operators complete installation, pipeline connection and wiring for each device one‑by‑one.
CIL Metallurgical Process: Crushed‑ground ore forms qualified pulp; gold dissolves into gold‑cyanide complex ions under cyanidation condition; activated carbon adsorbs dissolved gold ions in leaching tanks; loaded carbon is separated for desorption‑electrolysis to produce gold mud for smelting; barren carbon is regenerated for recycling; tailings and wastewater receive harmless treatment.
Acceptance Check: End‑user checks received goods against the complete equipment list, then carries out commissioning, trial production and final project handover.
