Product Description
Small gold CIL (Carbon‑in‑Leach) plant for sale is a compact, modular complete gold‑extraction turnkey unit built for small‑scale gold mines, pilot projects and remote mining sites. The integrated system covers crushing‑grinding, leaching‑adsorption tanks, desorption‑electrolysis assembly, carbon regeneration unit, slurry piping and basic electric control system. It is available in skid‑mounted or container‑type configurations, suitable for oxidized gold ore, free‑milling ore and gold‑bearing tailings. This ready‑for‑delivery plant supports flexible daily throughput, fits limited‑space sites, and serves green‑field small mine construction as well as trial‑production demands.
Working Principle
The plant implements the CIL carbon‑in‑leach metallurgical mechanism, realizing gold leaching and activated‑carbon adsorption simultaneously inside the same tank series. Raw ore is crushed and ground into qualified pulp. Lime is dosed for pH adjustment, together with cyanide reagent and continuous aeration to dissolve metallic gold into soluble gold‑cyanide complexes. Granular activated carbon is added into the leaching tanks for counter‑current contact with ore pulp, selectively adsorbing gold‑cyanide complexes to form gold‑loaded carbon. Loaded carbon is screened and delivered to desorption‑electrolysis module; high‑temperature eluent strips gold from carbon, and pregnant solution is electrolyzed to obtain gold mud for smelting. Spent carbon is regenerated and circulated back to leaching‑adsorption section, while barren tailing pulp goes for subsequent harmless treatment.
