Product Description
This 304 stainless steel clad plate is manufactured via mature explosion welding technology, combining Q235/Q345 carbon steel base layer and 304 austenitic stainless steel cladding layer, realizing firm metallurgical integration without auxiliary adhesive. The conventional specification is 6mm carbon steel base matched with 2mm 304 stainless steel layer, with customizable plate width and cutting length to meet diverse industrial installation demands. The product complies with national and international composite steel plate production standards, with standardized welding and heat treatment processes to stabilize internal structure.
This product owns four core technical advantages with accurate data support. Firstly, it features ultra-high bonding strength, with the bonding tensile strength reaching ≥310MPa, far exceeding industry standard requirements, avoiding layer separation and cracking during bending, rolling and stamping processing. Secondly, it delivers stable anti-corrosion performance, the 304 stainless steel cladding layer effectively resists atmospheric corrosion, weak acid and weak alkali erosion, extending service life by 3-5 times compared with pure carbon steel plates. Thirdly, it achieves precise dimensional control, with thickness tolerance controlled within ±0.1mm and width tolerance within ±2mm, ensuring high matching accuracy for equipment assembly. Fourthly, it has excellent process adaptability, supporting secondary processing including cutting, bending, welding and drilling without damaging the composite structure.
With dual-layer structural advantages of cost performance and functionality, this 304 stainless steel composite plate is widely applied in multiple industrial fields. The factory implements a complete quality control system covering raw material inspection, production monitoring, finished product testing and sampling inspection. All raw materials are sourced from qualified steel mills with material certificates. During production, real-time monitoring of welding parameters and heat treatment temperature is carried out. Finished products undergo tensile test, shear test, ultrasonic flaw detection and dimensional inspection to eliminate defective products. All products comply with GB/T 8165, ASTM and other international industry standards.
For packaging and delivery, the plates are covered with waterproof and dust-proof plastic films, packed with wooden pallets or iron frames to prevent deformation and scratch during transportation. Conventional specifications are in stock with 3-7 days delivery cycle. Customized sizes take 7-15 working days. We support flexible packaging and logistics schemes according to customer’s port and transportation requirements to ensure intact product delivery.
Q1：Do you offer sample orders？
A：Yes, samples are available for quality evaluation. Sample cost is charged but refundable upon bulk order.
Q2：What is your MOQ？
A：Our standard MOQ is 100 kg per specification. For common grades and standard sizes, we accept small batch orders. Mixed orders for different products are also welcome.
Q3：Can you provide custom sizes？
A：Yes, we can produce any length, width, thickness, or diameter based on your drawings. Cutting, slitting, and other processing services are available with tolerance as required.
Q4：What certifications do you provide？
A：Each shipment comes with EN 10204 3.1 mill test certificate (MTC). Third-party inspection reports (SGS/BV/TÜV) can be arranged upon request.
Q5：What is your lead time？
A：7–15 working days for stock items. 20–30 days for custom orders, depending on quantity and specification.
Q6：What surface treatments are available？
A：Various surface treatments are available upon request, including pickled, polished, coated, oiled, or as required.
Q7：What payment terms do you accept？
A：T/T (30% deposit + 70% against BL copy), L/C at sight, Western Union, etc.
Q8：What about packaging for export？
A：Standard seaworthy packaging with waterproof protection, steel straps, corner protectors, and ISPM 15 fumigation certification. Custom packaging is available as required.
