Part 3: Product Description
This hot rolled bimetallic stainless composite plate is produced by advanced integrated hot rolling composite process, supporting multiple steel grade combinations including 304, 316L, 201, 2205 stainless steel matched with Q235, Q345 low carbon steel and low alloy steel. Through high-temperature integral rolling, the two layers of metal form tight and uniform composite structure, overcoming the defects of loose bonding and uneven thickness of traditional composite plates. The product has complete grade specifications, stable physical and chemical properties, uniform plate surface texture and high dimensional accuracy. It is suitable for various industrial scenarios requiring different anti-corrosion grades and structural strength, and is a universal high-cost-performance composite metal material.
Cover conventional industrial stainless steel grades and carbon steel grades, realizing free matching of low, medium and high anti-corrosion grades. It can adapt to ordinary atmospheric environment, weak corrosion environment and strong acid and alkali corrosion environment, meeting the material selection needs of different industries and different working conditions.

4. Technical Parameters
All products adopt standardized production and testing process. Each batch of products is accompanied by material chemical composition report, mechanical performance test report and ultrasonic detection report. The factory passes ISO quality system certification, and products comply with ASTM A240, GB/T 3280 and composite steel plate industry standards. Strict batch sampling inspection is implemented to ensure consistent quality of each batch of goods.

A：Yes, samples are available for quality evaluation. Sample cost is charged but refundable upon bulk order.

A：Our standard MOQ is 100 kg per specification. For common grades and standard sizes, we accept small batch orders. Mixed orders for different products are also welcome.

A：Yes, we can produce any length, width, thickness, or diameter based on your drawings. Cutting, slitting, and other processing services are available with tolerance as required.

A：Each shipment comes with EN 10204 3.1 mill test certificate (MTC). Third-party inspection reports (SGS/BV/TÜV) can be arranged upon request.

A：T/T (30% deposit + 70% against BL copy), L/C at sight, Western Union, etc.
