1. Product Description
The Industrial Sludge Rotary Dryer is a professional heavy-duty drying equipment specially designed for high-humidity, high-viscosity industrial sludge and municipal sewage sludge dewatering in wastewater treatment plants. Sewage sludge produced during sewage treatment processes contains extremely high moisture content, complex organic components, strong adhesion and corrosive substances. Untreated wet sludge occupies huge storage space, is prone to odor fermentation, causes secondary environmental pollution and cannot be transported, recycled or landfilled in compliance with standards. Traditional drying equipment faces prominent technical bottlenecks when processing sludge materials, including serious material sticking, blockage, uneven drying, low thermal efficiency and low processing capacity, failing to meet large-scale and standardized sludge reduction and harmless treatment requirements. This professional sludge rotary dryer adopts anti-sticking special lifting structure, anti-corrosion heavy-duty cylinder body, low-temperature high-efficiency heat circulation system and full sealed deodorization and dust removal device. It can continuously and stably dewater various types of sludge such as municipal sludge, industrial wastewater sludge, chemical sludge and biological sludge. The equipment effectively reduces sludge moisture content, achieves significant sludge reduction, realizes harmless treatment and resource recycling, and solves the industry pain points of high pollution, high moisture and difficult disposal of wastewater plant sludge. It is the core supporting drying equipment for environmental protection sewage treatment and solid waste resource utilization projects.
2. Working Principle
This wastewater treatment plant dedicated sludge rotary dryer adopts low-temperature safe circulating drying principle combined with anti-viscosity graded dehydration technology. After high-viscosity wet sludge is quantitatively fed into the special rotary drum, the unique multi-comb anti-sticking lifting structure continuously breaks, disperses and flips the sticky sludge materials, completely avoiding material adhesion, agglomeration and cylinder blockage during the drying process. The optimized hot air circulation system forms uniform and stable hot air flow inside the chamber, realizing multi-stage gradual countercurrent heat exchange with dispersed sludge materials. The equipment stepwise removes surface free water, interstitial water and partial bound water of the sludge within a safe low-temperature range, avoiding organic matter deterioration, odor overflow and secondary pollution caused by high-temperature drying. The intelligent control system automatically adjusts hot air temperature, air volume and feeding volume according to sludge viscosity, initial moisture and processing capacity requirements, ensuring stable and standard moisture content of dried sludge finished products. All water vapor, odor gas and fine sludge dust generated during operation are centrally collected and purified through a sealed deodorization and environmental protection system to meet industrial emission standards. After continuous circulating dehydration and drying, the treated dry sludge features low moisture, loose texture and stable properties, which can be used for resource utilization such as incineration power generation, brick making, fertilizer production and compliant landfill disposal.
