1. Product Description
The Heavy Duty Mineral Concentrate Rotary Dryer Machine is a robust, heavy-load drying equipment built for long-term continuous dewatering of various mineral concentrates such as iron, copper, gold, lead-zinc and precious metal concentrates. Mineral concentrates feature fine particle size, slight stickiness and abrasion, which impose high requirements on equipment structural strength and wear resistance. This heavy-duty rotary dryer adopts thickened cylinder body, reinforced support and riding wheel assembly, wear-resistant anti-caking lifting plates, stable heating system and intelligent monitoring module. It can reliably remove surface and internal moisture of wet concentrate, maintain stable material moisture index under sustained heavy load, and serves as core supporting equipment for mineral concentration and smelting plants.
2. Working Principle
This heavy duty mineral concentrate rotary dryer machine applies gradient countercurrent circulating heat exchange and continuous dehydration principle. Wet mineral concentrate is quantitatively and continuously delivered into the rotary drum via feeding system. The wear-resistant anti-caking lifting plates repeatedly lift, overturn and scatter fine concentrate materials to avoid agglomeration and wall adhesion, forming uniform material curtain for sufficient contact between concentrate particles and hot air. Stable hot air flows countercurrently inside the drum to carry out progressive heat exchange and evaporate material moisture. The PLC intelligent system monitors drum temperature, air volume and outlet concentrate moisture in real time, and automatically adjusts feeding speed and heat supply to keep consistent drying quality. Exhaust gas and fine mineral dust are collected and purified by sealed dust removal system to meet environmental emission standards. Qualified dried mineral concentrate is continuously discharged for subsequent smelting, roasting or pelletizing processes.
