Product Description
Welded flange carbon steel pipe is finished by welding forged flanges to one or both ends of carbon steel pipe body. It realizes fast bolt connection on construction site, greatly saves installation time and reduces on‑site welding work. The pipe body can be SSAW spiral welded pipe, LSAW longitudinal welded pipe or seamless carbon steel pipe according to project requirements.
We adopt full‑penetration welding process between pipe and flange. Strict visual and non‑destructive inspection is carried out for welding seams to ensure high joint strength and good sealing performance, effectively prevent medium leakage. Various flange types are optional: weld neck flange, plate flange, blind flange, complying with ANSI B16.5, DIN, GB, ISO standards, PN10‑PN40 pressure grades available.
Surface treatment supports bare black, 3PE, 3LPE, FBE and epoxy coating, well‑suited for underground buried pipelines. Outer diameter, wall thickness, pipe length and flange dimensions can be fully customized per customer drawings. Factory direct supply, stable quality, MTC 3.1 certificate can be issued. We accept third‑party inspection before shipment.
