Product Introduction
This is a vertical multistage centrifugal pump with an inline structure, where the inlet and outlet are positioned on the same horizontal line. The pump head and base are made of cast iron, while all other flow‑passing components are manufactured from stainless steel. Adopting a cartridge shaft seal design, the pump delivers high operational reliability, enhanced safety and convenient daily maintenance. Power transmission is realized through a rigid split coupling, and pipeline connection adopts standard DIN flanges.
Performance Features
All steel, cast iron and aluminum components are coated with epoxy resin via Cathodic Electrodeposition (CED) process for excellent anti‑corrosion performance.
The pump shaft and motor shaft are connected by an extended split coupling fully enclosed within two protective covers and installed inside the motor bracket. This long‑type coupling structure allows shaft seal replacement without detaching the motor from the pump body, greatly simplifying maintenance.
The motor bracket stably connects the pump head and motor. The pump head is equipped with an integrated 1/2‑inch filling and venting screw component for fast exhaust and water filling operation.
