1. Product Description
This 200TPD Gold CIP Processing Plant is specially designed for oxidized gold ore beneficiation. It applies mature Carbon‑in‑Pulp technology with separated cyanide leaching and activated carbon adsorption sections. The complete plant consists of feeding system, primary and secondary crushing units, ball‑mill grinding circuit, slurry thickener, large‑volume independent leaching tanks, carbon adsorption tank group, heavy‑duty carbon transportation and screening system, high‑efficiency elution‑desorption unit, electrowinning assembly, smelting section, PLC central control system, cyanide wastewater detoxification and tailings harmless treatment facilities. Oxidized gold ore features good gold leaching performance; the plant optimizes grinding fineness, leaching residence time and reagent dosing parameters to maximize gold recovery rate. This processing plant can be customized according to ore test reports, site terrain conditions and local environmental compliance requirements for medium‑scale gold mining projects.
2. Working Principle
Raw oxidized gold ore is sent into crushing equipment for two‑stage crushing, then fed into ball mill for fine grinding to expose gold‑bearing particles. Ground slurry flows into thickener to adjust to ideal density for cyanide leaching. Homogenized slurry is pumped into independent leaching tanks. Under stable cyanide addition, PH adjustment and sufficient reaction time, gold particles inside oxidized ore are fully dissolved into cyanide pulp. After leaching process, gold‑bearing pulp overflows into carbon adsorption tank group. Activated carbon is added to fully contact with pulp and adsorb dissolved gold. High‑grade loaded carbon is separated by screening equipment and delivered to elution‑desorption unit for gold stripping. High‑concentration gold‑rich solution is produced and flows into electrowinning equipment to precipitate gold mud. Gold mud is transferred to smelting workshop for melting and casting into dore gold bars. Leached tailings and cyanide‑containing wastewater are treated by supporting harmless treatment system before recycling or safe discharge. The whole 200TPD CIP plant runs continuously under PLC real‑time monitoring to keep stable processing capacity and metallurgical indexes for oxidized ore treatment.
