Product Overview
This Wet Material Anti‑blocking Double Roller Crusher is specially developed for crushing high‑moisture, sticky and agglomerated ores. Working Principle
Driven by power unit, the two rollers rotate synchronously in opposite directions. Wet, sticky and caked ore materials are fed evenly into the crushing chamber. While the rollers perform extrusion and shearing crushing, the self‑cleaning structure continuously scrapes off sticky materials adhered on roller surfaces. Bulk agglomerated wet ore is crushed into qualified granular products. By adjusting roller clearance, operators can precisely control discharging size and realize continuous non‑stop crushing of sticky wet ore.
