Product Overview
This Double Roller Crusher is professional medium and fine crushing equipment tailored for cement clinker processing in cement plants. Cement clinker features high hardness, strong abrasion and high temperature resistance, which easily causes severe wear and unstable particle size in conventional crushing machines. Adopting heavy-duty low-speed extrusion crushing technology, this equipment achieves uniform crushing of cement clinker with low powder rate and stable particle size. It provides qualified clinker granular materials for subsequent cement grinding production, effectively improving grinding efficiency and finished cement quality. Key Features
Specialized crushing design for cement plant clinker: Equipped with thickened high wear-resistant alloy rollers, the machine perfectly adapts to high-hardness and high-abrasion clinker crushing conditions. The low-speed extrusion crushing method avoids violent impact crushing, effectively reducing roller wear and lowering fine powder generation. Working Principle
Driven by the stable power transmission system, the two rollers rotate synchronously in opposite directions. Bulk cement clinker materials are evenly fed into the crushing cavity. Through continuous and stable extrusion and shearing force between the double rollers, massive block clinker is crushed into uniform medium and fine particles. Qualified clinker particles are transported to the grinding system for further processing, while unqualified oversized materials can be recycled for secondary crushing to ensure consistent finished particle standards.
Applicable Materials
Mainly suitable for cement clinker, and also applicable for limestone, gypsum, coal gangue and other cement raw materials and auxiliary materials. It is dedicated to medium and fine crushing operations for cement building materials.
