What is the minimum order quantity (MOQ) for SAE1008 coils?
Our standard MOQ is 25 metric tons per specification. However, we can accept smaller trial orders (e.g., 5-10 tons) for new customers. Please contact us for details. -
What are the typical lead times?
For standard thickness and width, production takes 10-15 working days after deposit. For custom sizes or surface treatment, lead time may extend to 20-25 days. -
Can I get a sample before placing a bulk order?
Yes, we provide free samples of 300mm x 300mm pieces. You only need to cover the shipping cost. Samples are usually dispatched within 3 days. -
What surface treatments are available?
The standard product is as-rolled (mill finish). Optionally, we can provide pickled & oiled (P&O) surface for better corrosion resistance and cleaner appearance. P&O adds a slight cost. -
How are the coils packaged for export?
Each coil is wrapped with anti-corrosion paper, plastic film, and steel strapping. The outer layer is covered with a waterproof woven bag. Edge protectors are used to prevent damage. Packaging can be customized according to your requirements. -
Do you provide mill test certificates (MTC)?
Absolutely. A mill test certificate compliant with EN 10204 3.1 is issued with each shipment, detailing chemical composition, mechanical properties, and dimensions. -
What payment terms do you accept?
We accept T/T (30% deposit, 70% before shipment) and L/C at sight. For long-term cooperation, other terms may be negotiated. -
