Key Features
High moisture tolerance & self-cleaning anti-blocking design for coal mining: Optimized with open crushing cavity and no sieve bottom structure, the machine eliminates material accumulation dead angles and fundamentally avoids blockage caused by wet sticky coal. The differential-speed counter-rotating rollers realize automatic scraping and self-cleaning, which can timely peel off adhered wet coal on the roller surface to prevent material bonding and stacking. Adopting low-speed and high-torque crushing mode, the equipment reduces violent impact grinding, effectively controls fine powder generation and significantly improves lump coal yield. Equipped with precision adjustable roller gap, it flexibly meets diversified coal particle size requirements for raw coal crushing and coal preparation processing. The whole machine adopts heavy-duty reinforced structure with low vibration, low energy consumption and low comprehensive failure rate. Working Principle
Driven by a stable power transmission system, the two rollers rotate synchronously in opposite directions at differential speed. Bulk high-moisture raw coal is evenly and quantitatively fed into the crushing cavity. Materials are crushed and dissociated through continuous shear and extrusion force, while the self-cleaning roller surface continuously removes adhered wet materials to keep the crushing cavity unobstructed. The scientific low-speed crushing mode avoids over-grinding, stabilizes finished coal particle gradation, and realizes stable, efficient and non-blocking crushing of high-moisture coal materials.
Applicable Materials
Suitable for high-moisture raw coal, sticky coal, coal gangue and wet coal-based mixed materials. It is specially used for medium and fine crushing of wet and sticky coal materials in coal mines, coal washing plants and coal preparation stations.
