Product Description
Pre-insulated polyurethane pipe (HDPE black jacket pipe) is a three-in-one integrated pipeline system, composed of working steel pipe, rigid polyurethane foam insulation layer and HDPE outer casing.
The inner steel pipe adopts seamless or spiral welded steel pipe (20#, Q235B, Q355B). The steel pipe outer surface is shot blasted to Sa2.5 grade before foaming, removing rust, oil and scale, forming uniform anchor pattern to strengthen bonding force. The inner wall of HDPE outer casing is treated by corona discharge to improve surface tension, so that PU foam can tightly adhere to HDPE jacket, avoiding delamination.
The rigid PUR foam has low thermal conductivity, high closed-cell rate and excellent thermal insulation performance. The HDPE outer jacket provides waterproof, moisture-proof and anti-corrosion protection, the whole pipe can be directly buried underground without extra trench protection.
