The Underground FRP Sewage Tank (3000L, Double Wall) is a premium solution for safe and durable sewage storage. Our double-wall construction provides a secondary containment barrier: if the inner wall ever develops a micro-crack, the outer wall still prevents any leakage into the surrounding soil. This design is particularly critical for groundwater protection and meeting environmental regulations. The tank is manufactured using high-quality vinyl ester or polyester resin combined with E-glass fibers, ensuring superior chemical resistance and mechanical strength. Each unit is fabricated using the advanced filament winding or hand lay-up process (depending on size and customer requirements), giving a consistent thickness and smooth interior surface that minimizes sludge accumulation.
One of the biggest challenges with traditional concrete or steel septic tanks is cracking or corrosion over time. Our FRP tank eliminates these issues. It is non-conductive, resistant to soil chemicals, and unaffected by freeze-thaw cycles.
