1. Product Description
The Sulfide Gold Ore CIL Plant is a professional refractory gold beneficiation system uniquely designed with targeted pre-treatment process, specially developed for difficult-to-process sulfide gold ore. Different from ordinary conventional CIL equipment that is only suitable for oxide gold ore, this plant adds a complete specialized pre-treatment module aiming at the mineral characteristics of refractory sulfide gold, where gold particles are tightly encapsulated in sulfide minerals. The integrated system combines professional ore pre-treatment, crushing and grinding, pulp purification, deep cyanide leaching, carbon adsorption, gold desorption and electrolytic refining. 2. Working Principle
This refractory sulfide gold CIL plant realizes efficient gold recovery through scientific pre-treatment purification and standard carbon-in-leach synchronous beneficiation technology. For raw sulfide gold ore with wrapped gold structure, the professional pre-treatment process firstly removes harmful sulfide impurities and destroys the tight sulfide mineral wrapping structure. This fully exposes encapsulated fine gold particles and eliminates adverse factors that hinder cyanide leaching. The pretreated qualified ore pulp enters sealed leaching tanks for sufficient deep chemical leaching, turning solid gold into soluble gold ions. During continuous leaching operation, activated carbon is added steadily into the circulating system to adsorb dissolved gold ions in real time, achieving synchronous leaching and gold enrichment. After solid-liquid separation, gold-loaded carbon is collected and sent to desorption and electrolysis units for gold purification. The combined pre-treatment and CIL process fundamentally improves the leaching efficiency of refractory sulfide gold ore.
