1. What standard do your galvanized steel gratings comply with?
Our gratings are manufactured in accordance with international standards such as ASTM A123, BS EN ISO 1461, DIN 24531, and Chinese standard YB/T 4001. We can also produce to your specified standard upon request. The quality certificate confirms the compliance.
2. What is the typical lead time for an order?
For standard sizes and common specifications, the lead time is 10–15 working days. For customized dimensions or special coatings, it may take 15–25 working days. We also offer express production for urgent projects (contact our sales team).
3. Do you provide samples before bulk production?
Yes, we can provide small samples (A4 size or 300×300 mm) for quality evaluation. Samples are available at a nominal cost, which will be refunded upon order placement. Freight cost is borne by the customer.
4. How is the galvanized coating tested for thickness and adhesion?
We use a magnetic thickness gauge to measure zinc coating thickness. Adhesion is tested by bending and hammering per ASTM B571. Results are recorded in the quality inspection report.
