1. Introduction
When common beam racks are used in most warehouses, aisles occupy a large area and the number of storage positions is limited. With the design of front and rear double-row pallets placed in depth, the double deep rack increases storage positions without expanding the warehouse area. It adapts to forklift operations and balances storage density and operation convenience to solve the problem of insufficient warehouse capacity.

The double deep rack is assembled by upright frames, load-bearing beams and pallet supports. The main body is processed from high-quality Q235 section steel. Adopting double deep position structure, two sets of front and rear pallets can be stored in one aisle, and a special double deep forklift is required for access. The shelf height can be adjusted as required. It has strong overall load capacity, mainly for storing whole pallet goods, suitable for mass storage of goods with few varieties. Modular components facilitate on-site assembly.

4. Application Scenarios
Widely used in food raw material warehouses, packaging warehouses, hardware spare parts warehouses, building material warehouses, daily chemical finished product warehouses and other scenarios for storing large quantities of pallet goods. Suitable for storage operations with fewer product types and large inbound and outbound volume.
5. Selection Points
Confirm warehouse floor bearing capacity and net height, and plan the size of forklift operation aisles.
Calculate the rated load of the rack according to pallet weight and size, reserve safety factor and prohibit overload.
Double deep forklifts are required for operation. Confirm forklift parameters in advance to ensure smooth loading and unloading.
Evaluate access efficiency comprehensively for scenarios with high frequency of goods inbound and outbound.
6. Use and Maintenance
Control forklift driving speed during operation to avoid collision with rack uprights. Do not stack pallet goods exceeding rated load. Regularly check whether beams and uprights are deformed and whether connecting buckles are loose. Clean aisle debris in time to ensure safe forklift passage.
