5. Product Specifications and Processes
Common specifications (width × height, mm): 200×100, 150×75, 100×50, 300×100, etc. Non-standard width and height customization supported.
Plate thickness: Trough body and cover plate thickness can be customized as needed; standard range 0.8mm~2.0mm. The thicker the plate, the stronger the load-bearing capacity.
Standard length: Typically 2 meters per piece; 3-meter lengths can also be customized.
Accessories: Full set of accessories available, including connecting plates, bolts and nuts, elbows, tees, reducers, end caps, hanger clips and brackets, etc.
6. Installation Features
Enclosed structure keeps cables fully enclosed, shielding interference and reducing signal interference when strong and weak current cables are routed in the same area;
Snap-on cover plate design allows fast installation and easy future cable addition and maintenance;
Light self-weight reduces load on supporting hangers and brackets, lowering load-bearing pressure on ceilings and pipe galleries.
7. Comparison Reference
Compared with electro-galvanized: zinc aluminum magnesium has much stronger corrosion resistance; unlike electro-galvanized, which is unsuitable for humid environments, zinc aluminum magnesium can be used outdoors;
Compared with ordinary hot-dip galvanized: zinc aluminum magnesium coating is thinner, with a better appearance, self-repairing cuts, and better cost performance under the same anti-corrosion grade;
Compared with powder-coated cable trays: zinc aluminum magnesium coating is less prone to peeling or damage, and performs better than powder coating in outdoor sunlight exposure.
