How five sections map onto a real records room

Steel that holds up in a records room
The body is cold-rolled steel with a powder-coated finish. Cold-rolled sheet has a smoother surface and tighter tolerance than hot-rolled, the cheaper material behind most budget cabinets. Hot-rolled is fine until the day a trolley clips a door and the joint starts working loose — records rooms get carts, and carts hit things.
Powder coating resists rust in humid air. In coastal or tropical hospitals, where air conditioning runs unevenly and corridors stay damp through the wet season, a thin sprayed finish shows rust at the panel edges within a season. Powder coating holds.
Locks, keys and handles
Each section carries its own lockset, so keys can be issued department by department. When staff turn over — and in a hospital they turn over constantly — you don't re-key an entire cabinet, you reissue one key.
Handles are snap-on. They push into place during assembly, with no loose screws to count or lose.
Customisation for distributors and contractors
Colour runs three ways: grey-white, coffee-white, pure white. Take one, or split a load across two to suit different buyers.

Knock-down cabinets are vulnerable to two things: moisture and one careless forklift. Packing is moisture film, corner protectors, and separate part packing, so sections don't rub against each other in transit.
Cartons are sized to the flat sections for a square, stackable load. Custom export packing is available if your market needs a specific pallet setup.
