1. What is the minimum order quantity for this 0.4mm coil?
Our standard MOQ is one 20-foot container load, generally around 20-25 tons depending on coil specification. For trial orders, we can discuss smaller quantities on a case-by-case basis.
2. Can you supply additional coating types like PVDF or SMP?
Yes, we offer optional coating systems including PVDF and SMP as per project requirements. However, PE is recommended for standard interior and roofing applications where cost-effectiveness is a priority.
3. What colors are available?
We produce a wide range of RAL colors. Common building colors include white, grey, red, blue, green, and beige. Custom colors can be matched using Pantone or manufacturer provided color cards.
4. How is the coil protected from damage during transportation?
Each coil is packed with layers of waterproof kraft paper, plastic film, and protected by steel edge caps and steel pallets. We also use wooden pallets for air freight. The packing undergoes a strict export-quality check before loading.
5. Can I get samples before placing a bulk order?
Samples of 100x100mm or 200x200mm pieces are available. We can provide them via express courier at a nominal cost, which is refundable upon confirmation of a formal order.
