1. Is this film suitable for outdoor construction sites?
Yes. The LDPE film is UV-stabilized on an optional basis and offers excellent weather resistance. For prolonged outdoor exposure, please request the UV-stabilized version. Standard film works well for indoor and short-term outdoor protection.
2. Can the film be recycled after use?
LDPE is a recyclable material. Provided the used film is clean and free from heavy contamination (e.g., cement), it can be collected and processed through standard PE recycling streams.
3. How do I choose the right thickness?
For light surface protection and dustproofing, 0.02–0.04 mm is sufficient. For heavy-duty construction and anti-tear needs, we recommend 0.05–0.15 mm. When in doubt, request a sample kit to test.
4. Do you offer custom printing or logos on the film?
Yes. One-color printing with your company logo or warning text is available. The ink is solvent-free and designed not to affect film strength. Minimum order quantities apply for printed rolls.
5. What is the minimum order quantity (MOQ)?
For standard transparent film, the MOQ is 500 kg. For custom thickness/color, the MOQ is 1,000 kg. For printed film, the MOQ is 2,000 kg. We also offer samples before your bulk order.
6. How does the film resist tearing during wrapping?
The film is manufactured with a high-molecular-weight LDPE resin that provides excellent peel strength and starts-resistance. It is designed to stretch and conform without tearing under normal handling and application forces.
7. Can you supply this film in large rolls for machine application?
Yes. We can produce jumbo rolls up to 3,000 mm wide and 1,000 m long for automatic wrapping equipment. Please provide your machine specifications so we can confirm compatibility.
8. What is the typical lead time?
For standard sizes and colors, lead time is 15–20 days after deposit. For custom specifications or printing, around 25–35 days. We ship from Shanghai or Qingdao with flexible sea/rail/air options.
