High Quality Boiling Cooling Bed for Sand Treatment Sand Reclamation system line for foundry casting workshop
The device is mainly used for temperature cooling of the molding sand. The equipment adopts a high-power fan to cool the sand in time, and the device selects the heat exchange mode of wind and water to cool the sand temperature in time, thereby achieving the design purpose of the device. The equipment is mainly composed of four parts: bellows, boiling tank and water cooling box, dust box and fan. The cooling effect is good.
Boiling the characteristics of the cooling bed:
1, the sand into the the multiply boiling cooling bed, easy to sand and air heat exchanger.
2, the hot dry sand, continuous contact with the cooling water pipe in the process of boiling trip, get a good cooling effect.
3, with the filter can remove sand dust and other debris in the sand boiling process.
4, the sand in the boiling process, colliding with each other friction with regeneration.
