Mainly used for casting workshop sand mixed, either mixed single machine molding sand can be mixed dry film sand, hard sand, the sand surface and core sand, glass, ceramics, refractories, etc. Can also be usedindustry mixed a variety of powder, granular materials.
The equipment is mainly used for the mixing of foundry sand. It can mix single sand for machine modeling, dry sand, self-hardening sand, sand and back sand, glass, ceramics, refractory, etc. The industry mixes various powdery materials.
The technology of rotor sand mixer
The rotor shaft is divided into two parts, including an upper shaft and a lower shaft. The upper end of the upper shaft is equipped with a pulley for drivingly connecting with the rotor drive motor. The rotor blades are installed on the lower shaft. Concentrically connected flanges are provided at the connecting position of the upper shaft and the lower shaft, and the rotor shaft may be a concentric full-shaft rotor.

Its main working principle is: a low-speed rotating scraper is used to push the material to form a circular movement in the machine basin. The high-speed rotating rotor blade not only exerts an impact on the molding sand, but also cooperates with the scraper to apply a shear force to the molding sand, so that Impact and fierce friction occur between the sand materials, so as to achieve the goals of fast sand mixing, good molding sand quality and low energy consumption.
In the case of the same diameter, the effective volume in the machine basin of the machine is large, the feeding amount is large at a time, the production efficiency is high, the sand mixing mechanism of the machine is relatively simple, and the maintenance is convenient.
The chassis is covered with alumina ceramics, which greatly improves the flatness and wear resistance of the chassis. The alloy blades are welded by scraper plates, and a stainless steel lining ring is added to the enclosure.

Applications:
The sand processing system equipment is used to collect and process the sand returned from the molding line. We can undertake turnkey projects including design, manufacturing, installation, commissioning, and training. The ordering party shall provide the factory building (steel structure), equipment foundation, water, electricity, gas and gas connection to the contractor's designated location, workshop and trench lighting, as well as control room production and decoration. The temperature of the cooled old sand should not exceed 45 degrees Celsius, or the ambient temperature should be increased by 10 degrees Celsius;
Humidity of cooled old sand: 1.8~2.2%:

Exhaust concentration of dust removal system: less than 15mg/m ³
3. Surrounding environment of the system: Dust collection measures must be taken at all dust collection points of the system, and there must be no visible or obvious dust spillage
