This explosion proof control column is a standard flameproof operation box used in Zone1 and Zone2 hazardous sites where flammable gas and vapor may exist. It is used for local on-site control of equipment in petrochemical, chemical and oil & gas workshops, to realize manual start, stop and signal indication. The product adopts standard flameproof design and meets the general usage requirements of hazardous area electrical equipment.
The enclosure is made of die-cast aluminum alloy. The material has good structural stability and corrosion resistance, suitable for long-term use in industrial sites with humidity and slight corrosive gas. The flameproof joint is precisely machined. When sparks occur inside during operation, the flameproof structure can limit the spread of internal high temperature, avoiding ignition of flammable gas outside the cabinet.
This control column has IP66 protection grade. The sealing structure reduces dust and moisture entering the housing, protecting internal components from corrosion and short circuit. Internal components are arranged neatly with reserved wiring space, which helps reduce heat accumulation and keeps stable working state during continuous use.
Custom configuration is available according to project requirements. Customers can select different push buttons, selector switches, indicator lights and terminal blocks. The quantity and function of operating elements can be adjusted freely. The product supports wall mounting or column mounting. The installation structure is simple, convenient for wiring, commissioning and daily inspection.
It is widely applied in chemical plants, oil depots, refineries and other petrochemical hazardous zones. Products are produced following standard working procedures. All units are inspected before delivery. The goods are packed in export cartons to reduce scratches and collision damage during transportation.
