This LED explosion proof linear light is a standard flameproof strip lighting fixture for industrial hazardous zones. It is used for indoor lighting in chemical workshops, oil gas plants and similar sites where flammable gas and vapor may exist, meeting the general lighting demands of production areas and walkways. The product follows standard flameproof electrical design for hazardous area application.
The lamp uses aluminum alloy frame as main body. The frame has stable mechanical property and good heat dissipation, which helps reduce heat accumulation of LED chips during continuous working. The two end caps are made of high strength material, providing basic impact resistance for daily industrial use. The flameproof joint is processed to control internal energy transfer, preventing the ignition of flammable gas outside the lamp.
This linear light reaches IP66 protection level. The sealing design between end cap and lamp body can reduce dust and moisture entering the inner cavity. It protects LED boards and internal wiring, lowering the chance of circuit corrosion and short circuit. The transparent PC diffuser can soften the light and avoid glare, while protecting the light source from external impact.
The built-in LED light source provides stable and uniform illumination with relatively low power consumption. Compared with traditional fluorescent tubes, it requires less routine maintenance. The lamp body is equipped with mounting clips, which supports easy installation on ceiling or wall. Workers can complete wiring and fixing quickly, and daily inspection or replacement is convenient.
It is widely suitable for chemical plants, oil depots, refineries and other Zone1 & Zone2 hazardous places. Products are manufactured according to standard production procedures. Goods are packed in export cartons to reduce scratch and collision damage during transport.
