XZFT Attachments excavator tilt bucket:
1. Tilting is driven by a cylinder mounted between the mounting bracket and the back of the bucket, so the cutting edge is angled to a slope, a road camber or a ditch profile from the seat while the carrier stays on ground it can stand on.
2. On a five ton carrier a wide body still sits inside the machine's lift and breakout limits, so the tilt can be used continuously through a grading or slope job rather than saved for occasional trimming.
3. The cutting edge is held by bolts along the front of the floor plate, so a worn edge is unbolted and renewed as a part while the shell stays in service.
4. Hoses are wrapped in coil guards and run from the tilt cylinder back to the machine in loose loops, which keeps them clear of the ground when the body is swung down against a batter.
5. The bracket takes pins for a five tonne class linkage and the tilt needs one auxiliary circuit, so the bucket is fitted to the machine without additional plumbing.
