XZFT Attachments' excavator digging bucket:
It's the general purpose bucket that normally comes with teeth, and it is suitable for digging, loading, and moving various materials like soil, sand, and loose rock.
Characteristics:
1. The bucket is built at one and a half cubic metres in a wide, deep shell with a rounded back, which is the geometry that gives a full load in bulk soil, sand and gravel.
2. The teeth are carried on bolt on adapters rather than welded directly to the edge, so the points and adapters are renewable parts and the edge is not cut back each time.
3. Two side cutters are bolted at the corners of the bucket, the line that grinds along the face on every pass, so the corner wear is taken by a renewable part.
4. Wear bars are welded along the side plates and the underside, so the shell is protected where the bucket is dragged over abrasive ground.
5. There is nothing to plumb in: the bucket pins to the linkage of a CAT 323 class machine, works as a plain mechanical attachment, and the teeth and side cutters are the parts to check at service.
