Within chemical production sites, including reaction equipment zones, material conveying pipelines, storage tank areas and production workshops, working conditions are often complicated. This aluminum alloy explosion proof operation column is designed for local control in high-risk chemical working environments. Its housing is integrally die-cast from aluminum alloy, balancing light weight and structural strength. The shell resists deformation and cracking when facing on-site material collision and external impact. The outer surface is equipped with anti-corrosion spray coating. With strong coating adhesion, it slows down oxidation and rust even under long-term exposure to acid-base fog and corrosive moisture, protecting the shell from aging damage.
Built with flameproof structure, the equipment fully seals and isolates internal electrical components. Arcs and sparks generated during operation are confined inside the enclosure and cannot ignite flammable substances in surrounding air, building a solid safety barrier for on-site start-stop and status switching operations. The multi-layer sealing structure achieves IP66 protection, blocking dust ingress, high-pressure water spray and moisture penetration. It runs steadily in dusty indoor workshops and humid outdoor equipment areas, cutting down the risk of short circuit caused by dust and moisture.
Site conditions and operation requirements vary from project to project. This flameproof field control station supports customized panel layouts. Buttons, indicator lights, selector switches and emergency stop components can be configured according to actual circuit requirements, adapting to local control needs of different production lines and equipment. Internal wiring is neatly arranged with sufficient space for maintenance. Installation and wiring are simple, and troubleshooting, component replacement and function modification can be completed conveniently.
The control station supports wall-mounted and vertical installation. It can be fixed beside machines, on columns or walls. It occupies little space and will not hinder site access and equipment maintenance. Before delivery, every unit goes through power inspection, insulation test and aging test to ensure sensitive and stable operation. It hardly gets stuck or triggers misoperation under frequent operation. Packed in thick corrugated cartons, it is shock-resistant during transportation to avoid damage.
