Explosion Proof Maintenance Power Box IP66 Ex db IIB T6 is an industrial flameproof power supply device specially designed for equipment maintenance and temporary power distribution. It is widely used in petrochemical plants, chemical industrial parks, pharmaceutical factories, lithium new energy workshops, powder processing industries, grain and oil manufacturing, hazardous material warehouses and other industrial areas with IIB-class flammable and explosive gas mixtures, providing safe and standardized temporary power interface for on-site equipment debugging, maintenance and construction work.
Manufactured strictly according to industrial flameproof standards, this maintenance power box features Ex db IIB T6 explosion-proof grade, suitable for most common industrial combustible gas environments. The maximum surface temperature complies with T6 temperature classification, effectively preventing high-temperature ignition of surrounding explosive media and ensuring high safety during long-term operation. Equipped with IP66 high protection level, the enclosure achieves full dustproof performance and strong water jet resistance, effectively blocking dust, moisture and splashing water. It can operate stably in indoor workshops, outdoor open sites, humid and dusty environments and mildly corrosive industrial conditions.
The whole enclosure is integrally die-cast with high-strength aluminum alloy, featuring high mechanical rigidity, excellent impact resistance, deformation resistance and vibration resistance. It can withstand external collision, friction and wind pressure impact on industrial sites. The surface adopts electrostatic anti-corrosion powder coating with compact and adhesive coating layer, providing outstanding UV resistance, aging resistance, oil resistance and acid-base corrosion resistance. No peeling, fading or rusting occurs during long-term outdoor service, ensuring long service life for overseas harsh working environments.
Precision-machined flameproof joints with standard clearance ensure tight fitting. When electrical faults such as short circuit, overload and arc discharge occur inside the box, internal flame and high-temperature gas can be fully cooled and extinguished through flameproof gaps, blocking external energy transmission and avoiding secondary explosion risks. High-quality aging-resistant sealing strips realize full-range tight sealing, preventing rainwater, dust, moisture and corrosive gas from entering the enclosure and protecting internal sockets, switches and electrical components.
The internal structure adopts scientific layout with sufficient installation and wiring space. It can be equipped with explosion-proof sockets, circuit breakers, leakage protectors, overload and short-circuit protection components and terminal blocks according to actual power demands. It integrates temporary power supply, circuit protection and fault power-off functions to avoid electrical hazards during equipment maintenance and ensure stable and safe power output. Standard internal wiring, excellent insulation performance and compliant electrical clearance effectively prevent electric leakage, poor contact and overheating failures.
Adopting high-strength flameproof bolt locking structure, the box door fits tightly to maintain stable sealing and explosion-proof performance. Easy disassembly and assembly greatly facilitate daily inspection, component replacement and circuit maintenance. The compact and lightweight structure supports wall mounting and bracket mounting, adapting to various site spaces and installation requirements with simple and fast installation process. Excellent vibration resistance ensures stable operation in continuous vibration working conditions without bolt loosening, sealing failure or flameproof gap deviation.
