Explosion Proof LED Flood Light IP66 Ex db IIC T6 Outdoor Flameproof Industrial Lighting Lamp is a high-power flameproof lighting equipment specially developed for flammable and explosive hazardous environments. It is widely used in oil exploitation, chemical parks, oil and gas tank areas, pharmaceutical factories, lithium new energy workshops, dust processing plants, hazardous material warehouses, outdoor explosion-proof operation platforms and other high-risk working areas with IIC-class explosive gases. It provides stable, high-brightness and safe industrial explosion-proof lighting for large-scale factory areas and outdoor sites, serving as core standardized lighting equipment for modern hazardous locations.
Manufactured in strict accordance with industrial flameproof standards, the light is equipped with Ex db IIC T6 high-level explosion-proof performance, suitable for high-risk IIC-class explosive gas environments such as hydrogen and acetylene. The maximum surface temperature is strictly limited to T6 temperature class, completely avoiding ignition of surrounding flammable gas and vapor caused by high-temperature heat sources, achieving ultra-high safety for long-term continuous operation in high-risk explosion-proof areas. Featuring IP66 protection grade, the fixture realizes full dust-proof and strong water-proof performance, resisting heavy rain erosion, high-pressure water washing, wind and sand accumulation, humid fog corrosion. It stably adapts to indoor workshops, outdoor open sites, coastal salt fog environments and humid corrosive working conditions.
The housing is integrally die-cast with high-strength aluminum alloy, featuring compact structure and high mechanical strength. It delivers excellent resistance to impact, deformation and vibration, effectively preventing damage from external collision, equipment vibration, wind force and sand friction. Premium electrostatic anti-corrosion powder coating is adopted on the surface with strong adhesion and scratch resistance. The housing owns outstanding UV resistance, aging resistance, acid and alkali corrosion resistance, ensuring no fading, peeling, rusting or cracking during long-term outdoor service and greatly extending service life in harsh global industrial environments.
Equipped with high-power high-lumen LED light source, the flood light features high luminous efficiency, uniform brightness and no stroboscopic effect. With lower power consumption and better energy-saving performance compared with traditional explosion-proof lamps, it fully meets large-area and high-brightness industrial lighting requirements. Excellent color rendering performance restores real color of working scenes, providing clear and comfortable lighting for on-site operation, equipment inspection and manual work, effectively improving working efficiency and site safety. Adopting precisely processed flameproof structure with standard clearance and tight fitting, the lamp can fully cool and extinguish internal high-temperature flame and explosive energy when electrical faults and arc discharge occur inside. It effectively blocks outward diffusion of ignition sources and completely avoids secondary explosion risks in external explosive environments, achieving reliable structural explosion-proof performance. Equipped with high-quality aging-resistant silicone sealing structure, the fully enclosed design prevents rainwater, moisture, dust, oil and corrosive gas from entering the lamp body, comprehensively protecting internal light source, driving power and circuit components.
Built-in professional constant-current driving power supply features excellent voltage stabilization and wide voltage adaptability. It resists voltage fluctuation and current impact, ensuring stable operation without stroboscopic noise and overheating. Multiple protection functions including overload protection, short-circuit protection and over-temperature protection intelligently avoid circuit faults and improve continuous operation stability and safety, supporting long-term 24-hour uninterrupted work.
Scientific and compact heat dissipation structure with large heat dissipation cavity quickly conducts and releases working heat, avoiding heat accumulation, reducing light attenuation and delaying component aging to improve durability and continuous working time.
