This MID IP66 LED Explosion Proof Industrial Light is purpose-built for hazardous location lighting in factory workshops, chemical plants, petrochemical sites and gas processing areas where flammable gas, vapor or combustible materials exist. It adopts reliable explosion-proof housing construction to prevent internal electric sparks from igniting surrounding dangerous gas mixtures, ensuring safe continuous lighting in classified hazardous zones.
With IP66 protection grade, the luminaire is fully dust-tight and resistant to powerful water jets. It can withstand heavy dust accumulation, splashing water and humid workshop conditions. The exterior surface is treated with anti-corrosion coating, capable of coping with slightly corrosive working environments often seen in chemical workshops.
Equipped with high lumen LED chips, this explosion proof industrial light delivers stable and uniform illumination with low power consumption. Compared with traditional explosion-proof lamps, it greatly reduces energy costs and features an ultra-long service life, cutting frequent replacement and maintenance expenses. The light source produces low heat output and soft anti-glare lighting, improving working visibility without visual fatigue for operators.
