Product Description
LW-365G is a general purpose water-based release agent covering fluoro rubber, fluoro silicone, silicone rubber, polyurethane and selected thermoset resins. For moulders running mixed materials, one grade across several processes simplifies purchasing and operator training.

Application Scope
Fluoro rubber and fluorosilicone moulding, silicone rubber parts, polyurethane moulding, and thermoset resin compression or transfer moulding.
Directions for Use
Dilute 20-50 times with clean water; start at the higher dilution and adjust
Apply a thin even coat by spray
Blow off excess before closing
Increase concentration if sticking occurs; decrease if residue builds up
Packaging & Storage
Packaging: 5 kg / 20 kg / 25 kg. Store sealed in a cool, ventilated place, protect from freezing and direct sunlight. Wear gloves and eye protection during use.
