Stereo warehouse fabric container is a storage container developed for textile roll storage, compatible with stackers and AGV in automated stereo warehouses. It is specially used to store rolled cloth in textile industry with stable load capacity. It matches the access of stackers, neatly stores fabrics, reduces extrusion and deformation of cloth, improves the utilization rate of warehouse space and can be used with intelligent warehouse management systems.
It has standardized outer dimensions to fit automated equipment of stereo warehouse for automatic identification and access. The rigid frame with good bearing capacity can protect rolled fabrics from wrinkling and collision. The stackable design saves space when idle and supports high-density storage in stereo warehouse. Label positions are available for barcode stickers to connect with warehouse management systems. It is corrosion-resistant and not easy to deform, suitable for long-term use in textile workshops and fabric warehouses.
It applies to raw material warehouses, finished fabric warehouses and automated stereo warehouses of textile factories for storage and turnover of cotton, linen, chemical fiber and knitted fabric rolls. For selection, confirm the inner size of the container according to the diameter and length of fabric rolls. Determine outer dimension and rated load combined with stacker parameters of stereo warehouse. Select anti-corrosion surface treatment for humid working environment. Label slots and reinforcing ribs can be equipped as required.
For use and maintenance, place fabric evenly without eccentric or overloaded loading. Regularly check welding seams and corners for deformation. Avoid heavy impact which may damage the structure and affect automatic operation of stereo warehouse. Clean yarn debris inside the container to prevent equipment jamming. The stereo warehouse fabric container provides standardized storage solutions for textile automated warehouses, standardizes roll material management, improves inbound and outbound efficiency and reduces fabric loss during storage.
