Manufactured from high-quality spun basalt rock fibers, these pre-formed sections offer a perfect fit for standard pipe sizes, ensuring fast, efficient, and consistent insulation for both hot and cold service lines.

Features & Advantages
Pre-Formed & Easy to Install: Factory-made to exacting dimensional standards for specific pipe diameters (NPS/OD). The two semi-cylindrical sections simply snap or strap around the pipe, drastically reducing installation time and labor costs compared to field-fabricated solutions.
Excellent Thermal Efficiency: The dense, interlocking fiber structure minimizes heat loss or gain, maintaining process temperatures, conserving energy, and preventing surface condensation on cold lines.
High-Temperature Resilience: Withstands continuous service temperatures typically up to 700°C (1292°F), making it suitable for a wide range of applications from HVAC to high-temperature industrial process lines. It is non-combustible (A1 fire rating).
Robust & Durable Construction: Offers good compressive strength and dimensional stability. It will not sag or shrink over time, maintaining insulation integrity and performance for the life of the system.
Hydrophobic & Corrosion-Resistant: Treated to be water-repellent, protecting the pipe from moisture and mitigating corrosion under insulation (CUI). Chemically inert, it will not promote corrosion on pipes.
Acoustic & Vibration Damping: Effectively reduces noise from fluid flow and dampens vibration in piping systems, contributing to a quieter operational environment.
