[Product Description] D10 is an imported cationic water-based resin emulsion with high adsorption for water-based inks. It can be used to prepare ink-receiving coating layers for printing, featuring fast drying, anti-blocking, and good adsorption and color development for water-based inks. It is suitable for water-based ink printing and water-based inkjet printing. [Physical Properties] Appearance milky white opaque liquid Solid Content (%) 35 pH 5-7 Viscosity (CPS) 180 [Process Requirements] Process: Spray coating, blade coating, roller coating Drying temperature: 70-140°C (adjust baking time according to coating thickness and temperature) [Usage] 1, Stir evenly before use, and try to avoid introducing bubbles during stirring. 2, Before formal use of this product, manually apply a test coating to evaluate product performance. 3, The coating thickness should not be less than 6 μm, and the recommended dry coating weight is 5-6 g/m² (adjust based on actual testing). [Product Application] It can be used for various substrates such as paper, non-woven fabric, PET, PVC, and BOPP (films require corona treatment or primer) as the water-based ink receiving layer. It can also be used as a printing layer and a writing layer for water-based pens. [Storage] Store between 5°C and 40°C; before use, warm in a water bath and stir evenly; avoid freezing.
