Product Features: excellent release performance, excellent film coating performance, excellent writability, compliant with halogen and ROHS requirements Composition: polyethylene-based aliphatic hydrocarbon mixture, release force control dispersant Application Performance: can be used for backside release on substrates such as polyester, polyethylene, polypropylene, cellophane, paper, cloth-backed tape, etc. Peel Performance: tape treated with ucb2000 shows minimal changes in peelability and adhesion, continuously maintaining stable performance. Coating Performance: ucb2000 exhibits excellent coating performance on films; it can be uniformly coated on film surfaces, adheres firmly after coating, and does not produce mottling or rainbow streaks. Writing Performance: substrates coated with ucb2000 can be re-printed and undergo secondary processing. Suitable Substrates: polyester/PET film, polypropylene/PP film, polyethylene/PE film, coated paper, ultra-matte paper. Cloth-backed tape. Some plastic films contain plasticizers that may inhibit the curing of the coating. Additionally, before applying the release agent, films such as polyethylene and polypropylene must be pre-treated with corona, etc., to improve the adhesion of the cured coating. In different practical applications, overly rough kraft paper surfaces may affect the excellent performance of the release agent. Coating Process: mix with solvent at an appropriate concentration (usually solid content 0.3-5.0wt%), heat to 50-60°C while stirring to dissolve. The solution can be applied to film or paper using a common coater. The coating weight varies with substrate and adhesive; for film substrates, apply at a solid content of 0.02-0.1g/m2; for paper substrates, apply at a solid content of 0.2-1.0g/m2 (release force 250-400g). Conduct preliminary coating tests to determine the appropriate coating weight. The release force of PER and OPP PE may differ; test before coating production. Film substrates should be surface-treated with corona, etc., before coating with ucb2000.
