Performance Features ucb160 has excellent high-temperature resistance and is suitable for silicone vulcanization conditions: transfer of high-temperature vulcanized silicone within 220°C for more than 2 hours. It has isolation, release, and demolding properties for various vulcanized silicone, fluorosilicone rubber, and high-temperature vulcanized rubber. ucb160 release agent can be further processed, and its coating can be screen printed, color printed, and spray coated. Product Applications 1 Used in the transfer industry, with excellent release and printing properties for silicone. 2 Used for demolding, with good demolding performance for various silicone and fluorosilicone. It can replace Chem-Trend PMR release agent. 3 Used for pressure-sensitive adhesive tape. As an anti-sticking agent, release agent, and backside release coating for silicone pressure-sensitive adhesives. 4 Used as a coating and ink additive, providing anti-sticking and slip-enhancing effects, suitable for various solvent-based inks. Usage Instructions ucb160 is suitable for high-temperature vulcanized silicone. For screen printing, use a 180-200 mesh screen. For coating, apply once with a 200-mesh roller. Suitable for PE PP PET and other sheet materials. ucb160 is a glossy silicone release agent; after silicone transfer, the surface is glossy, and the release agent remains on the PET.
