r450 high dyne value epoxy resin release agent for hot press molding. Application: used in the electronics industry for hot press molding of epoxy resin. Product advantages: resistant to high temperature of 200-250°C for 1-2 hours; r450 release agent has a surface dyne value of 35-36, allowing direct printing and post-processing. Instructions: add 2% curing agent before use, coat onto PET sheet, cure at above 150°C for 40 seconds. Product properties: fluorinated functional polymer, milky white semi-paste, matte finish after curing. Storage: store in a ventilated, cool place at 18-35°C; shelf life 12 months. Electronic materials manufacturers are welcome to inquire about cooperation. Various release agents can be produced according to customer requirements.
