System overview
This equipment integrates feeding, mixing, dissolving, dosing, and control into one prefabricated skid. Instead of manually weighing and mixing caustic soda, operators can start an automatic production sequence and let the PLC control valves, agitators, pumps, and instrumentation. The reaction vessel is designed to process each batch within a standard reaction time of 5 minutes, while maintaining concentration according to the preset recipe. The skid is pre-piped and pre-wired to minimize on-site installation and commissioning work.
Core features
Fully automatic operation: The system controls the whole caustic soda preparation cycle. Once the operator sets the target solution volume and concentration, the PLC starts feeding materials, opens and closes valves, runs the mixer, tracks the reaction time, and discharges the finished solution. This reduces manual errors and creates repeatable results from one batch to the next.
PLC logic control: The programmable logic controller manages level, temperature, flow, valve position, and process interlocks. A clear HMI screen displays operating status, warnings, and cycle history. Skid-mounted plug-and-play design: All major components are assembled on a common skid frame. The unit is pre-piped and pre-wired. Fast 5-minute reaction time: With an optimized mixing and dissolving arrangement, the standard batch cycle is 5 minutes. This allows high throughput in a compact footprint and reduces the energy used per cubic meter of solution.
Safe handling of NaOH: Caustic soda is corrosive, so the system is designed to reduce direct exposure. Feeding and mixing are enclosed, and interlocks stop the process in abnormal conditions. Safety-related options such as emergency stop, leak detection, ventilation, and temperature alarms can be included according to project requirements.
