Product description:
It is a grab rather than a bucket: material is held between closing tines, so the attachment picks up items that cannot be scooped up at all.
The tines are driven by a hydraulic cylinder instead of a rigid linkage, so the closing force comes from the machine's own hydraulic supply.
The tines close in towards the centre of the grab, so the load is trapped between them rather than resting on top of them.
A double acting auxiliary circuit is required, unlike a plain bucket: the carrier has to have a spare valve before the grab can be used.
The frame is a welded assembly carrying the cylinder, the pivot bosses and the hose runs, so the service parts are the pins, the bushes and the hoses.
