Product Spotlights

This trailer-mounted concrete pump uses an S-valve structure to switch the concrete flow between the two delivery cylinders, which is what allows the pump to run continuously through a long pour instead of pausing between strokes. The unit is electrically driven, so it can be run from a yard supply for the whole casting cycle without refuelling.

Henan Jinhuaiyu Machinery & Equipment Co., Ltd. presents the Electric Trailer-mounted Concrete Pump with S-valve Structure, a trailer concrete pump for beam yard and bridge concrete pours. The S-valve switches the concrete flow between the two delivery cylinders, so the pump delivers continuously through a long pour instead of pausing between strokes, which is where cold joints start, and the electric drive runs from a yard supply with no refuelling stop in the middle of a casting cycle and no exhaust in the casting shed. Because the unit is trailer-mounted it can be towed between casting beds and set down close to the pour, keeping the delivery line short, and it is normally used together with a placing boom so the concrete is delivered to the pour point. It is used on precast girder and beam yard pours, bridge pier, deck and foundation concrete delivery, and long continuous pours. The pump is built to order in our Henan workshop, sized against the pour volume and the delivery route, and tested before delivery.

Key Features

  • S-valve structure — The S-valve switches the flow between the two delivery cylinders, so concrete is pumped continuously and the pour does not stop and start between strokes.

  • Electric drive — The pump runs from a yard power supply, so a long casting cycle does not depend on refuelling and there is no diesel exhaust in the casting area.

  • Trailer-mounted chassis — The unit tows between casting beds behind a yard vehicle and is set down where the pour is, which keeps hose runs short.

  • Heavy-duty hydraulic system — The hydraulic circuit is sized to hold delivery pressure through a long pour rather than fading as the oil heats.

  • Continuous pouring — Steady output across the pour is what keeps a girder section from developing cold joints where the concrete stopped and restarted.

  • Agitator hopper — The hopper keeps the concrete moving before it enters the valve, which is what prevents a segregated mix from reaching the line.

Why Choose Us

The S-valve is what makes a continuous pour possible: it switches the flow between the delivery cylinders so the concrete is not interrupted between strokes, and an interrupted pour is where cold joints start. Electric drive means the pump runs from a yard supply for the whole casting cycle, so there is no refuelling stop in the middle of a pour and no exhaust in the casting shed. The hydraulic circuit is sized to hold delivery pressure through a long pour rather than fading as the oil heats, and because the unit is trailer-mounted it can be set down close to the pour so the delivery line stays short and the pressure loss with it.

Company Profile

Henan Jinhuaiyu Machinery & Equipment Co., Ltd. is a manufacturer of prestressing and concrete construction equipment for bridge engineering, established in 2025 and based in Henan, China, with a 1,000-3,000 square meter workshop and 51-100 employees, including 5-10 quality inspectors and 11-20 sales staff. The company supplies trailer concrete pumps, concrete pump pipes, placing booms, screeds and prestressing equipment, and has worked with China Railway project contractors including China Railway Beijing Engineering Group, China Railway 14th Bureau Group and China Railway No.2 Group. Quality control covers raw material checking, in-process inspection and finished-product testing, with key components and welding closely monitored and every machine tested before delivery. Customized manufacturing and OEM/ODM are available, operation manuals are supplied in Chinese and English, factory inspection is welcome, and small-batch as well as bulk orders are accepted. Inspection records and bilingual export documents can be provided.

FAQ

1. What does the S-valve change about the pour?

It switches the concrete flow between the two delivery cylinders, so the pump delivers continuously rather than pausing between strokes. A steady output is what keeps a girder section from developing a cold joint where the pour stopped and restarted.

2. Can the pump run on diesel instead of electricity?

This model is electrically driven, which suits a yard with a power supply and a long casting cycle, and avoids both refuelling and exhaust in the casting area. If your site has no reliable supply, tell us at enquiry stage and we will confirm the power option that suits your conditions.

3. How is the output matched to my pour?

Output is selected against the concrete volume per hour your pour requires and the delivery route, because pressure loss along the line has to be allowed for as well as volume. Send us the pour size, the section and the route and we will propose the output and pressure.

4. What is the MOQ and lead time?

MOQ is 1 piece and is negotiable depending on configuration. Lead time is confirmed in the order acknowledgement and depends on output, power option and accessories; customized units are scheduled with clear milestones and followed through production, testing and documentation.

5. Does it work with a placing boom?

Yes. The pump is normally used with a placing boom so the concrete is delivered to the pour point through the boom rather than being moved by hand. We supply both, so a combined configuration and a single shipment can be arranged.

6. Is the pump tested before delivery?

Yes. Quality control covers raw material checking, in-process inspection and finished-product testing, and every machine is tested before delivery, including a functional test of the pumping cycle and valve operation. Inspection records and bilingual export documents can be provided.

7. What maintenance does the S-valve need?

The valve and its wear parts are the components that see the most abrasion, so they are checked on a planned interval rather than left until output drops. Spare wear parts are available, and our after-sales team can advise on the inspection schedule for your duty cycle.

8. How is the pump packed for export?

The pump is prepared for sea freight with the chassis, hopper and control panel protected and the hydraulic connections capped, and it is shipped on a flat rack or in a container depending on size. Packing and container planning are confirmed with the order.

9. Can it be customized and can we inspect it before shipment?

Yes. Output, outlet pressure, power option and the pipe line configuration can all be customized, and OEM/ODM is available. We welcome factory inspection before shipment, and a third-party inspector can attend the pre-shipment test if your project requires it.
