The main body of fabric sorting cart is welded from Q235 steel, with electrostatic powder coating or hot-dip galvanizing for rust prevention. It has many structures including rod type, shelf type and mesh fence type, equipped with silent PU universal casters with brakes. Designed specially for fabric rolls, fabrics and cut pieces, it can place goods by zones for workers to sort by color and specification. The cart is light and flexible, suitable for short-distance transfer, temporary storage and batching sorting in textile workshops, fabric warehouses and garment cutting rooms. Custom layers, rod spacing and sizes are available.
It supports classified storage for clear identification, fast sorting and less time for material searching. Silent casters roll smoothly with reliable brakes, flexible for narrow aisles in workshops. The solid steel frame has good load capacity to protect fabric rolls from scratch and fabrics from creasing. Anti-corrosion surface treatment prevents dust and rust, adapting to dusty textile workshops. Various customizable styles and specifications: rod type for fabric rolls and shelf type for cut pieces to fit different materials.
It is widely used in textile fabric warehouses, printing and dyeing workshops, garment cutting rooms, fabric processing factories and curtain workshops. It is used for incoming fabric sorting, cut piece circulation, color fabric classification, order batching and finished fabric transfer.
When selecting models, choose rod type for fabric rolls and shelf/mesh type for cut pieces and fabric bundles. Calculate load capacity and fabric roll diameter to confirm layer height, rod length and inner size. Select silent PU wheels for epoxy floor and nylon wheels for heavy load. Add label slots for frequent sorting to mark fabric specifications and color numbers.
Place fabric rolls evenly to avoid unbalanced load. Push slowly to prevent collision. Regularly clean yarn tangled around casters and check wheel rotation and loose welds. Repair damaged coating timely to avoid rust. Store neatly when idle to prevent deformation under heavy pressure.
