Its long, well-aligned stroke at the bottom of the crushing chamber delivers far more effective crushing action per rotation, cutting down unnecessary energy waste and significantly reducing power consumption per ton of finished product. The reversible high-manganese jaw plates double usable wear life, while the lightweight composite safety guards and dedicated maintenance toolset make jaw die, cheek plate and toggle plate swaps faster and far less labor-intensive. The optional Active Setting Control system automatically adjusts the closed side setting when uncrushable objects enter the cavity, preventing overload damage and allowing continuous operation without manual shutdowns for clearing blockages.
