XZFT Attachments excavator tilt bucket:
Two tilt cylinders work in opposition on the head bracket, one extending while the other retracts, so the body is driven in both directions and the tilt range is not fixed by the stroke of a single rod.
The body is deep front to back rather than a shallow grading bowl, so it carries material on bulk work and still tilts to trim a face when the job calls for it.
The tilt group is carried on a base plate bolted across the back of the body, so the assembly is serviceable as one unit and unbolts from the shell for transport or repair.
Hose runs are kept above the head bracket rather than under the body, so the lines stay clear of the ground and of the material being moved, with coil wrap where they cross the structure.
Pivot pins and bosses at the head are left open to view, so the tilt joint and the linkage pins can be greased and checked without taking the bucket off the machine.
