SPR Self-Piercing Rivets
SPR (Self-Piercing Rivet) is a cold forming mechanical fastener. No pre-drilling required. Under the pressure of SPR riveting machine, the rivet pierces the top sheet, and its shank flares inside the bottom material to form a firm interlocked joint.

✅ No pre-drilling needed, simplify working procedure and improve production efficiency, suitable for automatic continuous riveting. ✅ Cold connection process, no heat-affected zone. It keeps coating intact and reduces sheet deformation. ✅ Realize reliable connection of dissimilar materials: aluminum-aluminum, aluminum-steel and other composite sheets. ✅ Good sealing performance at rivet joints, vibration resistance and anti-loosening, stable connection. ✅ Supplied in coil/roll packing, smooth feeding for automatic SPR riveting machines, ideal for mass production lines. ✅ Materials: aluminum alloy, high-strength steel. Multiple diameters and lengths such as 3.3mm, 5.3mm. Custom specifications supported.
