BRK SPR Self-Piercing Riveting Machine adopts cold self-piercing riveting technology, a mature mechanical joining solution widely used in automotive and sheet metal industries.
Different from traditional spot welding, SPR creates strong interlocked joints without heat. It does not damage pre-coated aluminum panels and avoids thermal deformation of thin metal sheets. No pre-drilling operation is needed, which greatly shortens assembly time.
The hydraulic system delivers stable output force. Adjustable pressure and stroke help operators match various rivet specifications and material combinations. Each riveting cycle forms uniform, repeatable joints.
This riveting machine works well on aluminum, steel and mixed material stacks. Common applications include vehicle collision repair, new energy battery tray assembly, coach body, metal signage, ventilation duct and cabinet fabrication.
C-type frame provides large throat depth to reach complex workpiece areas. Quick-change die sets reduce downtime. Simple structure supports convenient daily inspection and maintenance.
Custom throat depth, automation interface and robotic integration options are available upon request. CE certified for industrial workshop use.
