Product description:
The shell is a grid of bars rather than a solid bucket, so fines fall through as the bucket is filled and only the oversize is carried away, which puts digging and screening into one pass.
Heavy side plates and a deep beam across the top of the mouth carry the working loads, so the grid can be built from bars without the bucket losing shape in stony ground.
Teeth on bolt on adapters break the ground loose ahead of the grid, so compacted and stony layers are opened up instead of being shaved over.
Bolt on wear strips run along the curved edges of the side plates, which is where the bucket rubs on the ground, so that wear line is renewed as separate parts.
Pinned to a twenty tonne class machine, the bucket digs and screens with no auxiliary circuit to connect, so there is nothing to plumb in before it works.
