Vibratory Truss Screed With Aluminum Frame for Bridge Deck Concrete Paving
Product Spotlights
Product Introduction
The screed carries a vibrating blade on a truss that holds its line across the paving width, so concrete is struck off and consolidated without a second pass. Sections splice together to cover wider decks, and the vibration motor with adjustable eccentric weights is set to the mix slump. The aluminum frame keeps the working weight down for two-operator handling on a bridge deck.

Product Description
The truss is built from aluminum alloy sections joined by splice plates, giving a straight edge across the full paving width without the sag a single beam would show. The vibrating blade runs on adjustable supports so blade height and amplitude are set to the pour, and the eccentric weights inside the motor can be re-phased for a lighter or stronger strike. Anti-vibration mounts at the handles reduce operator fatigue on long deck pours, and the frame breaks down into sections for transport between bridge decks.
Typical Applications
Bridge deck concrete paving on highway and municipal bridges
Precast beam top slab leveling in girder yards
Road and yard slab paving where a truss strike is required
Factory floor and hardstanding pours with wide bays
Airport apron and runway repair pours
Product Advantages
Straight strike across the width — the truss resists sag, so the blade holds line on wide decks.
Vibration tuned to the mix — adjustable eccentric weights match amplitude to slump and aggregate.
One pass, strike and consolidate — vibrating blade removes the separate poker pass.
Light enough to hand-handle — aluminum sections keep the weight down for two operators.
Splices to the pour width — sections add on for wider decks and strip down for transport.
Less operator fatigue — anti-vibration mounts at the handles reduce hand-arm exposure on long pours.
Factory Strength
Frames are cut and assembled in the company workshop, with section straightness checked before dispatch, and motors are run-tested with the blade fitted. Quality inspectors verify frame alignment, weld and fastener quality and electrical safety on electric versions, and each unit ships with inspection records and bilingual export documents. Blades, eccentric weights, vibration motors and handle mounts are held as spares, and engineers advise on width configuration against the deck layout.
Company Profile
Henan Jinhuaiyu Machinery & Equipment Co., Ltd. is a manufacturer based in Zhengzhou, Henan, China, established in 2025, operating from a factory of 1,000–3,000 square meters with 51–100 employees. The company builds intelligent prestressing equipment, reinforcement transport vehicles, concrete pumping and placing machinery and supporting components for precast bridge yards, and holds product certifications registered on its storefront. Annual export value is below US$1 million, with shipments through Tianjin, Shanghai and Qingdao to buyers in Southeast Asia, Africa, the Middle East, South America, Eastern Europe and other regions. Customized manufacturing and OEM/ODM service are available, and the company has supplied prestressing equipment to China Railway construction projects domestically.
FAQ
What widths can be supplied?
Width is set at order from spliceable sections, so the screed matches the paving width rather than a fixed size. Standard section lengths are combined so the frame lands on the paving width without a filler piece.
Is it available with a gasoline engine or an electric motor?
Both drives are offered, selected to suit site power availability. The drive is chosen before the frame is built, because the mounting differs between engine and motor.
How is the vibration adjusted?
Eccentric weights inside the motor are re-phased to change amplitude, and blade height is set on its supports. Amplitude is set once for a pour and does not need adjusting during the pass.
Can two operators handle it?
Yes. The aluminum frame is light enough for two-operator handling at the handles.
Does it consolidate as well as strike off?
Yes. The vibrating blade compacts the surface layer as it strikes, so a separate poker pass is not needed on the surface.
How is it transported between decks?
The frame breaks down into sections that can be carried by hand or on a small trailer. Each section is light enough for two people to carry, so no crane is needed on the deck.
What surface finish does it leave?
A struck, consolidated surface ready for troweling or texturing. Texturing or curing compound follows behind the screed on the same pass line.
Is a spare blade supplied?
A spare blade can be included on request. Blades are a wear item and are supplied cut to the paving width.
Can it be used on precast beam top slabs?
Yes. It is used for beam top slab leveling as well as bridge deck paving. ---
