Application:
This self-priming gear pump filling machine is specially designed for high-viscosity liquid filling. Widely used in food processing workshops, health product factories, condiment production plants and chemical raw material workshops. It can fill honey, paste cream, fruit jam, tomato sauce, peanut butter, oyster sauce, high viscosity yogurt and resin. Suitable for small and medium batch quantitative filling of bottled products, compatible with bottle height within 25cm. It supports two feeding modes: hopper feeding and self-suction feeding, ideal for product trial production, semi-automatic packaging and supporting use with assembly line.
Advantage :
1. High filling accuracy, precision reaches ±1g, accuracy range 0.1%-1%, stable filling volume for thick & sticky liquid.
2. PLC control with 5-inch touch screen, simple operation, supports manual & sensor auto start-stop.
3. Wide viscosity adaptability, handles liquid from 1000CP to 180000CP, works well for heavy viscous materials like honey and nut butter.
4. Built-in rotary turntable, 0-3 adjustable rotation speed, 50kg loading capacity, improve bottle feeding efficiency.
5. Wide voltage AC100-240V, no air pump required, low power consumption ≤400W, easy to match global power supply.
6. Two feeding options: hopper type or self-priming type, max suction lift 1.5m.
7. Compact stainless steel body, easy to disassemble, clean and maintain.
8. Filling range from 5g to 2000g, strong versatility for different filling weight requirements.
